Two bowls, less mixing between ingredients
Use the stainless-steel bowl for meat and the BPA-free polycarbonate bowl for other foods. Each bowl has a stated capacity of 3 litres. Separate bowls help keep meat and vegetables apart; handle and clean them appropriately to prevent cross-contamination.
Both bowl materials and the two sets of S-shaped stainless-steel blades are shown in the gallery. Each blade assembly cuts at two levels for more even chopping.
Choose the texture
Two speeds let you use a gentler setting for soft ingredients and a higher setting for firmer foods. Chop meat, onions, garlic, vegetables, herbs and nuts, or prepare meatballs, kibbeh, salads, puréed soups and sauces.
The 300 W all-copper motor includes overheating protection. If it stops, disconnect it and let it cool before restarting as directed in the supplied guide.
Removable parts for everyday cleaning
The bowls and blade assemblies lift out for cleaning. Carefully remove the sharp blades before rinsing and clearing trapped food. Keep the electrical motor housing out of water.
The compact motor unit is designed for quiet operation, with family-sized bowls. It is a powered chopper, not a promise that every food needs no pre-cutting.
