Reflective Weighted Training Vest

A weighted training vest for adding hands-free resistance to conditioning, walking, running and bodyweight sessions. The close-to-body format keeps the load more stable than holding loose weights during movement.

Adjustable straps help secure the fit, while reflective accents add visibility for outdoor sessions in lower light.

Why it works

• Adds wearable resistance without occupying the hands.
• Adjustable straps help stabilize the vest while moving.
• Reflective accents support outdoor visibility.
• Useful for conditioning, walking and bodyweight training progressions.

Good to know

Choose weight carefully and progress gradually. Weighted training may not be suitable for every user; stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
